I like to think vision is the catalyst that transforms possibilities intro realities. River Bend has continued to grow and is experiencing growing pains.  This is a wonderful problem to have.  God is blessing us and we need to make room for the blessings.  Beginning in the spring of 2012 we will begin our Captial Campaign, Beyond Measure.  We hope you will pray about your part in this expansion program then jump in with both feet along with fellow believers who want to reach out to our community as we accomplish God’s will for River Bend.

River Bend’s Mission Statement: A Great commitment to the Great Commandment and the Great Commission will build a Great church. We have been living out this mission statement for ten years.  Our ministries support this mission statement.  We hope you will catch our vision and apply it to our mission statement in a personal and practical way.

Our Needs:

• Youth building
• Additional space in the Worship Center (about 200 seats)
• Restrooms near the East portable buildings
• Meet water requirements for a fire sprinkler system

The Project:

• New 4,500 square foot building will include worship space, recreational area, two classrooms with moveable walls, and a restroom with showers
• Addition of 3,950 square feet to our existing Worship Center and stage area
• Two preschool rooms
• Janitors’ work and storage space
• Previous area to be converted to an office

Restrooms:

• This new structure will meet the needs of those using the east portable buildings

Fire Sprinkler System:

• This design will allow us to meet the requirements for a fire sprinkler system by connecting MUD 169 or consructing a water supply tank

The Cost:

• $2.6 million

The Financial Plan:

• Raise $2.6 million to cover the complete cost of expanding our facilities and help River Bend meet the needs of our community
