Mary Hill Davis

Mary Hill Davis Offering
September 9 – 23
Church Goal $6,500

Mary Hill Davis served as the president of the Women’s Missionary Union from 1906 until 1931.  This organization focuses on educating churches about mission work and trains women to take an active role in missions.  Her passion for missions inspired churches to support mission work through their prayers and through financial gifts.  In 1935, the offering for state missions was renamed to honor her dedication to missions, orphans, retired pastors, and the funding of Baptist schools.

From September 9 – 23, we will emphasize the Mary Hill Davis offering benefiting mission work in the state of Texas.  Our church goal is $6,500.  Pray as to how God would have you give.
