Adult Ministry
Adults are looking to make the most of their marriages and families as well as leaving a lasting impression on this world. The Men’s and Women’s Ministries are an avenue to meeting these needs. Our Prayer Ministry is active and growing. They have a real heart for people and desire to meet needs through their faith in God to answer prayers requested on the behalf of others. Community Involvement is another priority in the heart and purpose of River Bend Baptist Church. We reach out to our community several times a year in various ways.

Men’s Ministry
The men of River Bend grow in Christ and in their friendship with others through Bible Studies, prayer groups, and activites such as:
- golf tournaments
- skeet shooting
- fishing
We encourage each other and search for wisdom from the Bible to help us become better fathers, honor or commitment to our marriage and career, as well as other aspects of our lives.
Women’s Ministry
The Women’s Ministry purposes to develop and strengthen relationship while helping women grow closer to the Lord. We accomplish this through activities such as:
- Bible Studies
- Discussion groups
- Social opportunities like Table Top
- International relationships
Prayer Ministry
Prayer is a foundational element in the life of River Bend Baptist Church. The prayer ministry encourages us to allow God to work when we are worried and other Christians to intercede in times of need on our behalf.
Community Involvement
We are actively involved in the lives of those in our church, but the community is another area where we want to show God’s love. Throughout the year we invest our energies into activities that benefit the community such as:
- Sponsoring local children’s sports teams
- Adopting a two-mile stretch of FM 1093 for quarterly clean-up (Adopt-A-Highway program)
- Scarecrow Festival in Fulshear Creek Crossing
- City of Fulshear events
- Bike for Mike
