Summary:

River Bend Baptist Church (SBC) is looking for a passionate, Christ-centered leader to disciple students (grades 6–12) and equip the next generation for a lifetime of faith. You’ll lead weekly Bible studies, student worship, camps, mission trips, and special events. You’ll mentor students, equip volunteers, partner with parents, and build connections in the community. This role also includes helping keep our campus ready for ministry by supporting events and coordinating facility needs.

We’re Looking For:

• A growing relationship with Jesus
• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred)
• Strong teaching, leadership, and organizational skills
• Preferred - 3+ years youth ministry experience 
• Preferred - Musical ability & worship leadership experience
